Clifford Chance advises Tank & Rast on refinancing and e-mobility facility

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Autobahn Tank & Rast on the successful completion of its €583 million refinancing with a syndicate of German and international lenders.

In addition, Clifford Chance advised Tank & Rast on a new €100 million e-mobility capex facility, fully dedicated to expanding Tank & Rast’s e-charging infrastructure network across its on- and off-motorway service areas.
