Hogan Lovells advises Mutares on the acquisition of Kawneer EU from Arconic

Global law firm Hogan Lovells advises Mutares on its acquisition of the European business of Kawneer from Arconic, which will be carved out from the Kawneer US business. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to merger control approval.
