Sidley Represents Entegra in Acquisition by NDT Global

Sidley represented Amberjack Capital Partners and its portfolio company Entegra, a premium technology company specializing in ultra-high-resolution magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection services, in its acquisition by NDT Global, a leading provider of advanced diagnostic inspection and integrity solutions for the energy sector.
