Dentons advises Home & Co on acquisition of student residence in Frankfurt

Berlin—Global law firm Dentons has advised Home & Co on the acquisition of a student apartment building with 164 residential units in Frankfurt am Main on Salvador-Allende-Straße. The acquired property includes spacious communal areas and underground parking spaces. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Home & Co is a real estate platform focusing on micro-residential properties in Europe. The company currently owns and operates over 3,000 units in Germany and Spain. Its target group includes students and young professionals for whom finding accommodation—from the booking process to furnished apartments—should be made as easy as possible. With the acquisition of the student residence in Frankfurt, Home & Co is now represented at twelve locations in Germany.
