TSG Consumer Acquires PHLUR

Ropes & Gray advised TSG Consumer in its acquisition of PHLUR, a modern fragrance brand recognized for its emotion-led storytelling and accessible positioning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the deal was announced in a July 22 press release.

TSG Consumer is a leading consumer-focused private equity firm with investments offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.
