Led by Munich-based partner Dr Thomas Freund, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Rantum Capital on the provision of a senior secured loan to a leading German software company specializing in B2B solutions for the travel and tourism industry.
The financing is being provided through Rantum Private Debt Funds III & IV.
The granted capital will be used for the refinancing and strategic realignment of the company’s existing capital structure. The financing aims to further strengthen the company’s successful growth strategy and its position as a technology leader in the travel and tourism sector.
