Clifford Chance advises NORD/LB on the financing of OX2’s Rutki Solar Farm

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised NORD/LB as lender on the financing granted to OX2 for the construction of the 100 MW solar farm Rutki located in the south-west of Poland. The farm is expected to produce about 108 GWh a year, which is equivalent to the yearly electricity consumption of about 22,000 households. Rutki Solar Farm benefits from a 15-year CfD-contract with the Energy Regulatory Office for about 50 percent of the expected production.
