Kirkland Advises Greenbriar Equity Group on Arotech Sale

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group on the sale of Arotech Corporation, an extended reality training and simulation solutions developer for military and law enforcement customers, to Albion River, a private direct investment firm focused on acquiring companies that produce highly technical defense products and services. The transaction was announced on February 3, 2025.
