Ropes & Gray has advised AEA Investors’ Middle Market Private Equity team and Battery Ventures on their sale of Process Sensing Technologies to DwyerOmega. The transaction announcement can be found here. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity transactions partners Dan Oates and Angela Becker.
