Permian Resources Corporation (Permian Resources) (NYSE: PR) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate 26,500,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of US$15.30 per share.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a corporate team led by Houston partner John Greer, Austin partner David Miller, and Houston counsel Thomas Verity, with associates Sydney Verner, Brian Bruzzo, Caitlyn Fiebrich, Carol Bale, and Armaan Bhimani.
