Latham & Watkins Advises Archrock in Public Offering of Common Stock
A multidisciplinary team advises the energy infrastructure company in the transaction.
Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (Archrock) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering (the offering) of 12,650,000 shares of its common stock (the common stock) at a public offering price of US$21.00 per share. The total estimated net proceeds of the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, are approximately US$256 million.
