Latham & Watkins Advises Ceconomy AG on €500 Million Bond
German capital markets team advises retailer of consumer electronics on issuance of sustainability-linked senior notes.
Latham & Watkins has advised Ceconomy AG (Ceconomy), which, together with its subsidiary MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, is one of Europe’s leading omnichannel platforms for consumer electronics, on the issuance of €500 million 6.250% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029.
The Latham capital markets team was led by Frankfurt partner Alexander Lentz, with Frankfurt counsel Gregory Walker and associates Isabel Willius and Laura Neumann.
