Latham & Watkins LLP has advised a leading private debt fund on the acquisition financing for the takeover of Netrics by Bregal. Netrics is a digitalization consultant and provider of managed cloud and modern workplace solutions. The financing includes super senior tranches provided by a banking institution as well as secured unitranche loans.
