Ropes & Gray Advises Golden Gate Capital on Recapitalization of Virginia Green

Ropes & Gray represented Golden Gate Capital on the recapitalization of Virginia Green, a leading lawn care company. The transaction was announced Jan. 3 in a press release and terms were not disclosed.

Golden Gate Capital is a San Francisco-based private equity firm with over $19 billion in cumulative committed capital.

The team was led by finance partner Michael Lee.
