
Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, kicks off 2023 with a new shareholder class. The firm elevated 28 attorneys to shareholder, effective January 1, 2023.

Approximately 70% of this shareholder class identifies as attorneys of color, female and/or LGBTQ+. Additionally, more than 20% participated in Littler’s award-winning Career Advocacy Program, which matches diverse associates with firm leaders who facilitate mentorship and career development.
