Ropes & Gray Advises Oberland Capital Management LLC on Closing of Oberland Capital Healthcare Fund III LP

Ropes & Gray advised Oberland Capital Management LLC on the closing of Oberland Capital Healthcare Fund III LP, a Healthcare Royalty and Credit Opportunities fund. The fund was significantly over-subscribed and held its final closing approximately six months after launch with $1.2 billion in limited partner commitments. Oberland Capital Management LLC is a private investment firm with assets under management in excess of $3 billion. The transaction was announced October 13 in a press release.

The Ropes & Gray team that represented Oberland Capital Management LLC was led by asset management partner Marc Biamonte.
