Sidley Represents Leon Capital-Backed Specialty Dental Brands in Its Partnership with TSG Consumer Partners

Sidley is representing Specialty Dental Brands (“SDB”), a dental support organization, in connection with an investment by TSG Consumer Partners (“TSG”), a private equity firm. SDB provides a range of business support services to oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontic practices. TSG will partner with Leon Capital Group to scale SDB’s support platform of specialists focused on expanding access to healthcare.
