Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Spectris plc, the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, in its agreement to acquire SciAps, a Boston-based instrumentation company specializing in handheld portable analytical instruments.
The recently announced transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, with closing expected to take place later this year.
