DLA Piper has appointed Thomas Priolet as a partner in the Paris corporate practice, starting on 12 September. He will join the Private Equity team. Thomas began his career at Salans (now Dentons) in October 2010, before joining Bredin Prat in 2014 and Ornano & Co. in 2021. He has extensive, solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and management packages and will help consolidate DLA Piper’s current expertise in these areas. He joins accompanied by two associates, Morgane Leduc and Sarah Gardes.
France is a key market for DLA Piper’s private equity practice, which has over the last three years acted on more European buyouts than any other firm, and Thomas’s appointment, along with the team that joins him, will provide valuable capability to DLA Piper’s clients. This is also part of DLA Piper’s broader international drive to strengthen its Private Equity offering.
