Linklaters advises AG Real Estate, AG Insurance and Interparking in Pan-European Urban Mobility Transaction

We have successfully advised AG Real Estate, AG Insurance and Interparking in the integration of Saba Infraestructuras into Interparking.

AG Real Estate, AG Insurance, Interparking and APG have formed an agreement with CriteriaCaixa to integrate Saba, a leading public car park operator, into Interparking. This transaction will enhance Interparking Group’s position as a major pan-European player in urban mobility, focusing on sustainable solutions and expanding electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Post-integration, the Interparking Group will manage over 2,000 car parks, with nearly 800,000 parking spaces and almost 8,000 electric charging points across 16 European countries. Interparking and Saba will continue to operate under their local commercial brands.

We provided legal advice across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions including Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Employment Law, and Tax Law, underscoring the firm’s capability to handle complex cross-border transactions. The core team was led by Yves Moreau and Viktor Pokorny, and included Matthieu Possoz, Liliane Gam, Valentine Cordier, Jihane Mirode, KĂ©lian Rask and Laura Vervier. The team also included many colleagues from other offices such as Alejandro Meca, JosĂ© MarĂa Lopez and Carlos Olmedo from Spain, Elisa Volante from Italy and Yuxin Weirich from Germany.
