Linklaters advised a consortium led by Eurazeo, which is leading this round, Bpifrance and a pool of investors from the Crédit Agricole Group, represented, amongst others, by IDIA Capital Investissement and Amundi, in connection with the €130 million fundraising of TSE.
This fundraising, led by the consortium of Eurazeo via its Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund, Bpifrance via its Large ETI 2020 fund and its fund dedicated to energy and environmental transition, and the Crédit Agricole Group’s pool of investors, notably aims to support TSE’s strong growth in the development of solar photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects while strengthening the company’s identity.
In addition, it will enable the company to continue its development in the agrivoltaics and R&D sectors, to facilitate the deployment of new innovations. It will also support the company’s partnership strategy with major players in the agricultural sector (most notably with the Alliance BFC) to intensify its development.
TSE’s ambition is to develop 10 GW of solar projects within 10 years in France and to confirm its position as the independent solar leader on the French market. These new resources will be invested exclusively for and on the national market thanks to its eight agencies spread throughout the country.
The Linklaters team in Paris was led by Corporate/M&A partners Bruno Derieux and Nicolas le Guillou, associates Baptiste Fondeur and Louise Allard, as well as Energy and Infrastructure counsel Samuel Bordeleau, associate Sandra Hoballah Campus, Real Estate managing associate Saadoun Alioua, associate Marine Hennequin, Employment law partner Géric Clomes, and associate Cécile Boulé, and Tax law partner Edouard Chapellier, and associate Lucille Cazala.
