Latham & Watkins Advises nexspace data centers on Opening of New Data Center in Stuttgart

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised nexspace data centers, an operator of modern and energy-efficient data centers, on the opening of a new data center at Sternhöhe in Stuttgart, Germany, and supported the completion of all project agreements.

The new location is a further step in nexspace data center’s expansion within the DACH region. Latham & Watkins recently advised nexspace data centers on its market entry into Austria.

The Latham team was led by Frankfurt infrastructure M&A partner Alexander Stefan Rieger, associate Johannes Groß, and real estate counsel Sven Nickel.
