Cross-practice team represents a data-driven sports and entertainment business in its second significant acquisition agreement in recent weeks.
Latham & Watkins has advised Two Circles, a data-driven sports and entertainment business, on its agreement to acquire Spring Media Group. This acquisition adds new products and solutions to Two Circles’ market-leading fan-marketing services.
Spring Media’s media rights, live production, and streaming capabilities will enhance Two Circles’ existing services, providing clients with more ways to engage and grow audiences. This is Two Circles’ second significant acquisition in recent weeks, following the acquisition of KORE, on which Latham also advised, expanding its client base to over 950 organizations globally.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Farah O’Brien and London Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice partner Patrick Mitchell, with London corporate associate Alex Watt.
