Kirkland & Ellis advised Alludo, a provider of virtualisation, productivity and professional-calibre graphic solutions for digital remote workforces, on its announced acquisition of Nitro Software Limited (ASX:NTO), a publicly traded global SaaS leader in PDF software, document management and electronic signatures, at a price of A$2.00 cash per share. The transaction is subject to limited conditions.
