Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners in connection with a strategic growth investment in RedSail Technologies, a premier provider of pharmacy technology and solutions, from Leonard Green & Partners. As part of the transaction, Francisco Partners, which created RedSail by combining two separate divisional carve-outs in 2020, will also reinvest in RedSail alongside management. This investment will help advance RedSail’s mission of elevating the role of pharmacy and health of its communities by building the most clinically advanced and financially sustainable pharmacy network.
