Amsterdam, 8 January 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce Victor de Vlaam, as the new Office Managing Partner for the firm’s Amsterdam operations, effective 1 January 2024.
Victor currently heads up the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity group at Hogan Lovells in the Netherlands. He joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in 2007 and advises large and medium-sized clients in the financial institutions, insurance, technology, semi-conductor, life sciences, and industrial sectors, on M&A and private equity transactions in the Netherlands and across Europe, US and Asia.
Victor succeeds partner Manon Cordewener whose term has come to an end. She will continue at the firm to further expand the Amsterdam Litigation practice. In addition, Manon will also continue to support legal technology initiatives, working closely with the firm’s legal tech brand ELTEMATE to bolster the firm’s digital transformation efforts.
