Hogan Lovells advises Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group on the sale of Terberg Business Lease Group

The transaction  is expected to be completed before the end of this year.

TBLG is a full-service leasing specialist (with Justlease as a subsidiary in Private Lease) active in the Netherlands and Belgium and a joint venture of Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group.
