Dentons Link Legal advised Legrand on its 100% acquisition of Netrack Enclosures Private Limited through its wholly owned subsidiary Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems Private Limited.
Legrand is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures and is listed on Euronext Paris. The Legrand Group has manufacturing facilities in 90 countries and its products are sold in over 180 countries. Netrack Enclosures is engaged in the business of manufacturing of servers, networking racks, acoustic racks and cold containment.
Dentons Link Legal conducted the legal due diligence on Netrack, drafted and negotiated the transaction documents, advised on all aspects of the transaction, and assisted with the signing and closing.
