Dentons has advised NASDAQ listed Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. (Grid Dynamics), a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and digital engagement services, on its acquisition of JUXT, a UK-based provider of software engineering services specialising in data-intensive information systems for banking and other financial institutions, with a particular focus on risk platforms, structured notes, equity derivatives, and financial reporting.
Founded in 2013, JUXT is known for delivering complex end-to-end solutions, from design and user experience to deep functionality and ongoing managed services. Yury Gryzlov, Grid Dynamic’s Chief Operating Officer, commented, “The Dentons team were key in the successful delivery of this transaction and understood its importance, with this acquisition adding significant expertise and capabilities to better serve enterprise clients in the financial services industry.”
Neil Nicholson, corporate partner at Dentons commented, “We’re pleased to have supported Grid Dynamics on this strategic acquisition. We look forward to working with them again in continuing to support their growth.”
