
London—Dentons has advised the founder shareholders of Digitalk on its sale to ASX-listed Hansen Technologies, a global provider of industry-specific software products and expertise. Digitalk is a provider of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and carrier-grade platforms for the global communications industry.
