Luxembourg—Dentons Luxembourg has advised Suntera Global, a Jersey-headquartered provider of tailored fund, corporate, capital markets and private wealth solutions, on its strategic acquisition of Qualix S.A., a leading Luxembourg services provider supporting, among others, alternative asset managers, corporate and private wealth clients.

Founded in 2017, Qualix S.A. has quickly established itself as a respected and forward-thinking service provider within the Luxembourg market. Recognised for its strong digital infrastructure and efficient delivery model, the firm is well positioned to support an international and increasingly sophisticated client base. Its team of more than 40 professionals offers a broad range of services, including domiciliation and governance support, accounting and tax services, corporate and fund administration, payroll management and guidance throughout liquidation processes.

The acquisition of Qualix S.A. bolsters Suntera Global’s Luxembourg operations and extends its capabilities in key alternative asset sectors. It also strengthens the firm’s service offering for multinational clients, international investors and high-net-worth individuals. Bringing Qualix’s resources into the group provides added depth and complementary expertise, supporting Suntera’s continued growth across its network of nine international financial hubs.

Suntera Global was advised by a multidisciplinary team from Dentons Luxembourg, led by Corporate/M&A Partner Namik Ramić.
