Colin Brousson and Edmond Lamek named Co-Chairs of the Canadian Restructuring group

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Colin Brousson (Vancouver) and Edmond Lamek (Toronto) have been named Co-Chairs of our Canadian firm’s Restructuring group.

With more than 25 years of experience, Colin and Edmond have acted for a wide variety of stakeholders and court officers across key business sectors in all types of Canadian and cross-border insolvency proceedings and ‎transactions advising financial institutions and ‎other secured and unsecured creditors, DIP lenders, indenture trustees, corporate debtors, landlords, ‎suppliers, boards of directors, purchasers, receivers, interim receivers, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement ‎Act monitors, bankruptcy trustees and Chapter 11 creditors’ committees.‎

They are also members of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, and have been repeatedly recognized as leading lawyers by prominent guides such as The Canadian ‎Legal Lexpert Directory, Legal 500 Canada, Chambers Canada and Chambers Global.
