Clifford Chance advised US investment firm Sixth Street on the acquisition of a 10% share of F.C. Barcelona’s LaLiga TV rights for 25 years and on a subsequent acquisition of an additional 15% share.
The first transaction was closed on 30 June and the second one on 22 July. In total, Sixth Street will receive 25% of the Club’s LaLiga TV rights for the next 25 years.
