Clifford Chance advises Indra Sistemas on its acquisition of Park Air Systems from Northrop Grumman

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Indra Sistemas, S.A. on its acquisition of Park Air Systems Limited from Northrop Grumman. Indra is a leading engineering and technology provider for the Aerospace, Defence and Mobility sectors listed in Spain. Park Air designs, develops, engineers, manufactures and supports Air Traffic Management radio systems throughout the world, with customers in over 100 countries.
