Clifford Chance Real Estate team advised Generali Real Estate, one of the world’s leading real estate asset managers, on the acquisition of IBC office building in Prague.
Generali negotiated and completed the sale of the building with the seller, Mint Investments, during the coronavirus crisis, which is so far unique in the Czech Republic. The IBC office complex near the Florenc metro station and next to the five-star Hilton hotel is home to international companies such as Renault, Mazars or Swiss Life Select.
Milan Rákosník, Senior Associate, commented: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work on such unique transaction despite the Covid-19 pandemic”.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Prague Real Estate Partner Emil Holub and Senior Associate Milan Rákosník, supported primarily by Associate Tereza Řehořová.
