International law firm Clifford Chance has advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the sale of Euro-Druckservice GmbH (eds.group) to Czech-based investment company Jet Investment. The transaction is expected to close in March 2022.
eds.group is the largest partner for retail chains for on-time printed marketing communication and publishing house in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) with approx. 1,500 employees across eight locations in five countries and annual revenues of 300 million Euros.
With the support of DPE eds group has expanded its market leadership in CEE through organic growth and one strategic acquisition. With their new partner Jet Investment, eds group plans to further invest in its growth in CEE and in strengthening its position in the region.
