Clifford Chance advises ABN AMRO and Rabobank on the financing of the recommended public offer by Torqx Capital Partners for all shares in Beter Bed Holding

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised ABN AMRO and Rabobank in relation to the financing of the recommended public offer by Torqx Capital Partners for all the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Beter Bed Holding.

Beter Bed Holding is the Netherlands’ largest sleep specialist in retail, wholesale and B2B, and is listed on Euronext Amsterdam. The offer was declared unconditional on 29 November 2023 with the delisting from Euronext Amsterdam set to take place on 29 December 2023.

The Clifford Chance team advising on the financing of the transaction consisted of Folko de Vries, Jeroen Kolthof, Sarah van Eijk (Finance), Esmée Oldenkamp (Notary) and Stern Flik (Tax).
