Clifford Chance advised on the issue of green bonds by Mosty Magazyny Energii sp. z o.o.

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised IPOPEMA Securities S.A. as arranger and dealer in connection with the issue of green bonds with the total nominal value of PLN 100 million by Mosty Magazyny Energii sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the Mosty sp. z o.o. Group. The purpose of the issue is in particular to finance the construction Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
