A&O Shearman advised BofA Securities, Inc., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as underwriters and dealer managers, in connection with the SEC-registered offering of USD1bn aggregate principal amount of 6.000% Global Notes due 2035 issued by Petrobras’ Dutch finance subsidiary, Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF), and concurrent tender offers of 6 series of PGF`s global notes.
