Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer closes $556 million home improvement and elective patient services securitization transaction

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer represented the structuring agent and the initial purchasers in a $556,079,000 capital markets securitization of home improvement loans and elective patient services receivables. The transaction closed on November 5, 2025.
