Latham & Watkins Represents SKIMS in US$225 Million Financing

Latham & Watkins is proud to have represented SKIMS in the successful completion of a US$225 million capital raise, valuing the company at US$5 billion. The financing round was led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from BDT & MSD Partners’ affiliated funds.

The Latham team was led by partners Keith Halverstam, Brian Patterson, John Miller, and Nicole Fanjul, with associates Laki Triantafylidis, Aditi Sharma, Kojo Hayward, Dante Spurlock, and Eric Znotins.
