Agency AI, an artificial intelligence-powered startup designed to automate complex customer support management software, announced it has emerged from stealth and raised a US$12 million seed financing round led by Sequoia Capital and HubSpot Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Agency AI in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Boston partner Evan Smith and associate Martha Anderson, with associates Michael Bevilacqua and Jessica Allali.
