Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised MEDLOG, shipping company MSC’s global logistics and supply chain division, on the acquisition of Maritime Transport. Maritime provides a range of integrated road and rail freight logistics services, including container transport and storage, domestic distribution and freight management.
