Mainstream Fiber Networks has announced that it is rapidly expanding high-speed broadband access to thousands of unserved and underserved rural Hoosier communities thanks to a new strategic investment from global private investment firm Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. With Searchlight’s support, Mainstream Fiber will grow its public-private collaborative efforts to bring Internet access to areas of the state that for too long have been left behind in digital service. The investment is also anticipated to create numerous job opportunities across the state as Mainstream Fiber expands service to new markets.

Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Matthew Dewitz, with associate Arash Lotfi; on regulatory matters by Washington, D.C. partners Matthew Brill and James Barker, with associate Michael Herman; on benefits and compensation matters by Washington, D.C. partner Adam Kestenbaum, with associate Joe Denker; on intellectual property matters by Bay Area partner Anthony Klein, with associates Amy Tosi and Julian Savelski; on data privacy matters by Bay Area partner Robert Blamires, with associates Kiara Vaughn, Priyanka Krishnamurthy, and Jennifer Howes; on environmental matters by New York counsel David Langer, with associate Tal Carmeli; on real estate matters by New York counsel Shira Bressler, with associate Yerin Yang; on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. partners Mandy Reeves and Katherine Rocco and counsel Peter Todaro; on finance matters by New York partner Stephanie Teicher, with associate Sara Shahmiri; and on insurance matters by Los Angeles partner Drew Levin, with associate Harrison White.
