Latham & Watkins Advises on Mastercard’s US$1.5 Billion Notes Offerings

Latham & Watkins represented the underwriters in Mastercard’s offerings of US$750,000,000 4.875% Notes due 2028 and US$750,000,000 4.850% Notes due 2033. The offerings priced on March 6, 2023.
