Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Jörg Herwig, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised German information and telecommunications solutions provider Syserso Networks GmbH on a partnership with IT services provider SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH.
Founded in 1998 in Hanover, Syserso Networks today is a reliable partner for telecommunications providers, utility companies and operators of critical IT and telecommunications networks. SHD System-Haus-Dresden has established itself as a long-term partner of the public sector as well as the energy and healthcare industries since its foundation in 1990.
With the support of financial investor Chequers Capital, Syserso Networks and SHD have laid the foundation for a joint future. The global private equity investor has already been a majority shareholder in Syserso Networks since 2021 and is now investing in the Dresden-based IT expert SHD.
