Mayer Brown advises Synthomer on sale of laminates, films and coated fabrics businesses

Mayer Brown represented global chemical company, Synthomer PLC, in connection with the proposed sale of its laminates, films and coated fabrics businesses to Surteco North America, Inc. for approximately $255 million. The sale is expected to be completed in Q1 2023, subject to the satisfaction of all conditions to closing.

The team was led by partners Marc Sperber, Pete Wolf and Richard Smith and included partner Marina Aronchik and associates Julian Dibbell, Rachel Krajewski and Ana Tobar.
