International law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood Polska, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, on the financing of a logistics park in Zgierz provided by Bank Millennium S.A. in the amount of approx. EUR 26.3 m.

Park Hillwood Zgierz is a class A warehouse building located in central Poland, with an area of over 58,000 sq. m. To ensure sustainable development, the developer has applied a number of green solutions, including a photovoltaic farm, and the facility itself will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level.
