Freshfields guides Ericsson to the closing of its largest-ever acquisition, the $6.2bn merger with Vonage

Freshfields guided Ericsson to the closing of its largest-ever acquisition, the $6.2 billion all-cash merger with Nasdaq-listed Vonage. The closing follows the successful receipt of CFIUS clearance after an extraordinary process led by Freshfields Partner and CFIUS-practice leader Aimen Mir, CFIUS and National Security Advisor Colin Costello, Special Counsel Christine Laciak and Associate Tim Swartz.
