Raue has elected Counsel Dr. Hans Heller to Equity Partner effective from 01. January 2022. Two senior associates were appointed as counsels.
Dr. Hans Heller joined Raue in 2015 as lawyer in the field of energy, natural resources and climate change. He advises and assists companies and public authorities in matters of energy law as well as antitrust and public procurement law and public law. The focus of his work is on concession law, on which he advises, among others, MITGAS and enviaM in the high-profile network concession disputes against Stadtwerke Leipzig.
